Most likely and exhaust mounting has come loose, the twisting action of the motor as it is put into gear, or powered up would make it rattle.
An exhaust heat shield come loose would also do this.

Could be a long list of things.
A mechanic would take a test drive and listen under different conditions.
Causes could include transaxle problems, exhaust rattles, worn motor mounts, even valves in the engine.
The difference in idle and moving is a load on the engine and transaxle and the engine shifting position.

Check to make sure both headlights are tight,,,when it rattles at idle go feel the headlight and hold it and see if the noise and vibration goes away, sometimes the headlight has too much clearance and causes a massive vibration,,if thats not it try...loosening all the motor mounts and rock the car back and forth and them retighten them,it reseetles the mounts and sometimes fixes the issue,,also check the lower engine and trans mounts for wear.

Check the heat shield to the exhaust manifolds, good chance that the bolts on them have rusted off or is loose causing the Heat Shields to rattle making the tinny rattle noise. Good luck and keep me posted, be glad to know if that's making the noise, and if not we can look at other things.

Find out if the heater core lives somewhere near there under the dash board. They are usually designed to leak externally if they fail, but sometimes the interior floor gets wet.
