You could also see if the bolts holding the wipers on came loose from the snow and ice. Pop the cover off, loosen and straighten the wipers where they should be and tighten.

Two specific fuses keep blowing immediately - even before the instrumentation they govern can be utilized.

take it back to the dealership where you bought it. You have a dead short to earth in those circuits.

My windshield wipers will not turn off or control properly.

Module is bad. Replace the wiper motor. Check the motor plug for corrosion first. Clean it and the motor plug with battery cleaner if it is corroded (white to greenish color) bad. Sometimes this will fix the problem.

Where is the windshield wiper relay located on front wipers on a 2005 Buick Rendezvous?

Actually, there is no external relay only a 25 amp fuse located in the center console fuse block, up front.
Good luck.

The windshield wipers will not turn off until motor is turned off

It sounds like a short in the wiper switch. You might try operating the switch a bunch of times to see if it clears. Apart from that, if you aren't comfortable digging into the steering column (which can be dangerous), pull the fuse for the wipers until you can get it to a mechanic.

Headlights wont turn off

I had this same thing happen on my 2005 Forenza. All of a sudden my battery was dead. When I got it jumpstarted the headlights came on bright and would not switch to dim. They also would not turn off with the switch or any other means other than pulling the fuse under the hood. Carried it to the Suzuki dealership and found out that my car had never had the headlight harness recall fix, and there were several other recalls on them for waterpumps and something else that they fixed while I was there. If you have a Suzuki Forenza you may have a recall outstanding. But I don't know if they are even still honoring repairs now that they are out of the auto business. It's worth a check by calling the nearest Suzuki dealership.

I have a 1999 Mercury Cougar; windshield wipers stays on as i start up the car , i check the fuse but its a dealership fuse . Replace it with a regular 10 amp fuse but the problem is still the same wh

Have the Ford dealer run a test of the BCM (body control module), the wipers are COMPUTER controlled through a relay under the hood. Also remove the relay and swap it with another in the same fuse and relay center that has the same number printed on it. By the way there is no such thing as a dealership fuse so a little confused by what you mean..

Can't find location for fuse for the dome light

The dome light will not be on a separate fuse. Are there other lights out on the car as well? Best would be to look in your glove box to see if you still have the owners manual and check it for the fuse locations.
