Question about Cars & Trucks
Belt wont stay on think its the tesion pulley is the crank pulley supose to have a gap
A gap? As in where? The pulley should be firmly affixed to the crankshaft, and have no movement or play whatsoever. The crankshaft bolt and washer on the pulley's center should be on and very tight. Likely it is a bad tensioner that is worn.

If the seat belt light comes on intermittently with the belt buckled, it may have a bad switch in the buckle or a loose connection @ the switch. This may also set a diagnostic trouble code in the srs control module & keep the srs airbag light on.

sounds like you have a vacuum leak, check all the vacuum hoses and replace any broken or kinked ones, also check around the intake manifold gasket for leaks. any air leaks after the air flow meter creates 'un-metered' air which inturn will make the car run rough and stall, hope this helps
