WOULD THIS BE A CRANK SENSOR OR TIMING CHAIN OR BRAIN BOX OR PROBLY SOME SENSOR I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT

Sounds very sick. I would check the compression on all cylinders before buying any parts for it. Low compression or no compression is an internal mechanical problem and very serious. Is it a timing chain or belt? If a belt, check that it is not broken.

Sounds like major trouble. Tow it to a mechanic if you feel the car is worth spending money in. He will tell you in a second probably. what it is. Sounds like it's internal.

Compresion leak at spark plugs

Do you have your spark plugs out? If so, then you might have bad valves,or just simply see if your plugs are tight.

pull out number one spark plug put your fingure in the hole have a friend, tap the key to jog the motor over to bring up a compresion stroke,
then in stall dist.
with the rotor faceing the no 1 plug wire
tighten the dist down then take it to shop for timming to be set

Rebuilt my 83 chevy s10 2.8 engine and it will turn over and we have spark and fuel it just won't start

You need spark, fuel, timming and compresion to make any car run. You say you have spark and fuel, but is the timming correct? double check to make sure that the dist is not out by 180degr. Also some times on a fresh motor, the rings may not be sealing yet. Put a very small amount of oil in each plug hole to help seal for compresion.

My car doesn't have compresion in the engine,

did you use a compresion tester? If so do a dry test on each piston then a wet test. This is done by just hooking the tester to the spark-plug hole and testing it write the PSI down the put very little oil in the hole on the piston like a small squart from a oil can then re-connect the tester and re-peat the test if the number is higher the the dry test you have bad piston rings. If the number is the same the you need to pull the head or heads off and have them checked at a good mechine shop.

Wont start

If your engine is turning quicker than before it means no compresion. remove the spark plugs hold your finger on each of the holes. I it does not force your finger the valves are bent.
