Question about Cars & Trucks
That does not look like a low beam lsamp. It looks like a parking and turn signal lamp. The low and high beams are together in the main top light. To change the parking light bulb open your hood and look behind the light system for a cover over the bulbs. That should be where you can yurn out a plastic fitting that houses the bulb.

with my 2003 gmc when you open the hood and look at the top of the head light assembly you see two rods that kinda look like the end of an allen wrench (hard to explain in words) you have to turn them a quarter turn to unlock them and then pull them straight up and out. they are pins that hold the headlight assembly into the truck. when you remove them the whole assembly will then come out forward and you can change the bulb. the hard part if aligning the holes and getting the pins back in. dont forget to turn the pins back into the locked position after. hope this helps as my truck is a little older.

There's a small space behind inside fender. You can get your hand in there to grab and twist the back of the bulb to release it. You need a flashlight.

a lot of newer cars have seperate fuses for both left and right head lights both high and low beam. you should check your owners manual to see fuse locations and designations for your head lights.
