tragik nc: In looking this car up in both the 4 and 6 cyl configurations, Ford said that the ignition control module is no longer a separate component. It is actually integrated into the PCM (power control module)
This is located in the right rear corner of the engine compartment behind the power steering reservoir.

Most are located under the coil packs. Coil packs are the things your plug wires attach to. They are square looking and should be three of them. Each pack is held by 2 7mm or 8mm bolts, remove and pry gently.Because they sit on two prongs.

It could be that your fuel pump is not getting enough fuel to the engine to start it. Is your starter turning over or trying to start the engine.
