More than likely this is going to be from your Thermostat is stuck in closed position, will not let water flow from Radiator to the rest of your engine...Suggest replace thermostat and gasket...12 bucks. or remove thermostat completely to see if that remedies problem.

SOURCE: The hot water does not circulate thru the heater core.

Yes, the water should be coming thru the hoses. Only 2 things cause water to circulate. They are the water pump (naturally) and the thermostat. If both are good or have been changed, the only thing I can think of is an air pocket in the cooling system. Would need to touch some things before I could tell you more. Good luck.

Sounds like your water pump is not doing it's job or your thermostat is not fully opening, here's a link to replace both. Here's the thermostat link.

Why is my car leaking water out of the radiator cap only when the heat is off but when the heat is on it don't leak ???

turning the heat on lowers the temperature of the water running through the engine which in turn lowers the pressure in the radiator

With heat turned off engine runs ok with heat turned on engine rpms are erratic

If defrost is on that means AC cycles to remove humidity. Does this also occur when ac is running set at very near outside temp so it cycles? Could be the throttle positioning sensor (TPS) acting up.

What will happen if thermostat will be removed and

Good question: The thermostate acts as a valve (of sorts) allowing the engine to stay at a relative constant temp. If run without an engine will typically run too cool (this is not good as engines are designed to run at specific heats for best efficiency and motor oil too is designed to run a a designed heat. An engine can go the other way too and over heat. As mentioned the thermostate acts like a valve controling the flow of coolant thru the block and radiator. The run thru block is a long one and it will certainly pick-up heat however running without may cause the coolant to run too quickly thru the radiator so little heat will be lost. (imagine a lit candle run your finger thru it quickly and no heat exchange as it you will not burn your finger, slower you'll get the heat from the candle and burn your finger. In short use a thermostate, your engine was trully engineered to have one.

I hope this expalins it for you,
Tom

Over heating while driving. does not over heat

First of all run car up and check to see if the fan cuts in, make sure the top and bottom hoses are the same temperature once at operating temperature. if all this is ok then it sounds like a blockage somewhere... possible radiator
