Ouch- This is normally caused by a failed gasket of some kind, the most common being the head gasket and the incursion of coolant is probably happening after you turn the engine off and the cylinders start to cool. If you continue to drive it, it will eventually damage the rod and crankshaft bearings since that emulsion formed by oil and coolant doesn't lubricate very well. Watch for oily film in your coolant as well since  the cylinders have fairly high pressure in them during operation and can use the same failed gasket to push fuel and oil into the coolant. It would be wise too to pull a couple of plugs and look for abnormal deposits on them.

EITHER A BLOWN HEAD GASKET OR A CRACKED CYLINDER HEAD! DONT DRIVE THAT TOO FAR OR ELSE YOU'LL DESTROY THE ENGINE! GET THAT ONE FIXED ASAP IF YOU PLAN ON KEEPING IT.

Lower manifold leak 2004 chevy

If the lower (intake) manifold is leaking, which is very common, then you should either have an external antifreeze leak, or antifreeze into the oil. Oil will not go into the antifreeze. The coolant used in this car (DexCool) does, however, form an oily substance on the surface over time. I would recommend having the antifreeze flushed out, and the reservoir cleaned.

Need best way to clean coolant from crank in 5.7 chevy

Not good my friend most or all of the coolant should be gone by now. sounds like you might have a hairline crack alowing antifreeze to newly enter your crankcase. Antifreeze in an engine for more than 100 miles turns into a creamy foam that exits your drain plug. and if the engine overheated and stalled out definitly. sorry Man.
