Cigarette lighter and sound system not working for toyota runx

The fuse for the cigarette lighter is the 15 amp CIG fuse. According to my wiring book, the fuse box is either behind the console, passenger side for US cars, or under the dash, driver side.

There are 2 possible areas. 1 is the fuse box beside your left foot. 2 would be in the engine compatment on the right.

According to Toyota manual you must use a genuine Toyota cigarette lighter part as sizes and tolerances are critical.
