Question about 1983 Buick Skylark
I warm up car for 10 min in cold weather and drive, for about 15 min when I give it gas car dogs out on me but seems to go away gradually as car warms up more ,not a good hill climber
The float is probably mis-adjusted in the carburetor.
Either that or the choke is out of adjustment.
It would probably bne best to rebuild it if you can, or have it rebuilt.
