Question about 1998 GMC Jimmy
Key is stuck and will not come out of ignition. Steering wheel will slightly move.
Sounds like your shift lever for trans isnt making a tight connection when you put it in park....try shifting it in and out of park several times while trying to remove key......my lincoln does that occasionally and when i take it out of park and then back in it works......just a thought

Is the ignition switch turned off? Is it in ACC mode. It may be that the locking mechanism on the steering wheel is engaged. If that’s the problem, try working the steering wheel back and forth while also trying to remove the key. This may help you to remove the key itself, but does not fix the overall problem. I believe that the cutting of the key its self is the problem. Try just getting a knew key made. Hope this helps…. John…
