Hi there ... the probable cause is a faulty starter. try taking a hammer to the starter. tap the starter with the hammer and then try to start the vehicle. what you are trying to do when you are tapping the starter is slightly jarring the solenoid so that you move it from it's dead spot. Hope this helps you out

I have a 2006 dodge caravan and it won't start

Car no start problem is sometimes very difficult to confirm. You try all the possible things, but still you get no fault and problem is still the same.--------
In that case, you need to check few things individually.
Check the spark, the battery, the crank, the fuel and other most possible parts. Click this link below for more details:-- http://howtobyme.blogspot.com/2011/10/car-troubleshooting-tips.html

My 2005 caravan won't start. When I turn the key I hear a clicking sound but it doesn't start. It worked fine earliar today. The battery is fine for now.

Possible causes are: 1. Loose or corroded battery cables. 2. Bad starter 3. Dead battery. Try tapping on the starter with a hammer while someone is holding the key in the start position. If it starts then replace the starter. Thanks

You might try cleaning the throttle body with a good cleaner to see if that doesn't help.
