What kind of fluid does a 5 speed transmission take in a 1994 jeep wrangler

Transmission (standard):
- 80 weight gear oil but most recomend Redline MT 90 to protect the interals better. 75W90 is listed by some but the 80W is just cheaper to find with no ill effects.
AX-5 = 3.3 quarts
AX-15 = 3.25 quarts
BA-10/5 = 2.45 quarts

1994 jeep wrangler 4 banger. Have replaced seal to oil pan. Still leaks on the pass side. What else can i do befor I break it down again?

make sure to clean the surface real well, and at the corners of the pan where the crank journals are located you will need to dab some rtv in the crevices on each side of the bearing caps

Oil pressure gauge not reading on my 1994 jeep wrangler. oil is full just the guage has no pressure and not alot of power

The oil pressure specification for your engine is 13 PSI at idle hot, 37 to 75 PSI at engine RPM higher than 1600. I suspect your oil pressure gauge sender unit or gauge is inaccurate. I would have a known accurate mechanical oil pressure gauge temporarily screwed into the present oil sender unit to verify actual pressure.

If you have the correct pressure I would replace the sending unit first.
