It's on the inside of the cylinder head at the rear of the engine. Will be hard to see it because the intake plenum hides it. where to locate the camshaft ...

not 2.2 or 3.5L, just 3.2L
P0108 (all zero;'s never use 0h's or googling it fails.
P zero one , zero, eight. (MAP)
not told a problem. engine dead, or what, zero symptoms with engine told.

some ISUZU had 2 engines 3.2, SOHC and DOHC
and are NOT THE SAME
no VIN told so I can not tell; you exact engine there

any car with MAF needs to be cleaned this old
maf sensor cleaner (CRC) nozzle held no closer than 10 inches form hotwire inside
yes some EFI engines do have both
map for crank, start + idle
mAF for driving fast and for sure up hills full power.
yes MAP on some are tricky find, being only a bolt on tiny lump of plastic to the intake MAN. plenum.
also some engines back in 1990 the EGT test only had a EGR_MAP.only to do 1996 map tests OBD1.
but this 3.2L engines sure does have map
connected 3 wires to PCM pins, E22-80 (gnd) and 22
and pin 37 of PCM is _5vdc refrence to map
the pin 22 red wire is map output
MAF out goes to PCM e21-p14
so it does have both on the 3.2 engine, I will not cover all 3 here now.

here it is, the manifold pull instuctions step 6 pull map
connector pulled , map just pries off.
if end (VAC ) PORT IS CLOGGED IN GUNK AS MOST ARE IT ONLY NEEDS TO BE CLEANED OUT.
PCV+EGR BLACK CLOUD OF DEATHH DOES THAT.

no engine stated,
my guess v6, as ONLY the V6 had one,
and not all V6 have it.
so, NO V6 size stated or the
8th digit of your VIN code stated, (engine code)
so no answers possible.
there are at least 4 V6 engines generations used.
the last engine is the most comlexe with VVT (3.5L)
it has MAF, and is between the TB and the air cleaner.
on all cars with a MAF, some are in the TB.

learn the real name of engine, first
6vE1, 4 cams, and last year has VVT, (not trivial that)
and has 2 Cam sensors. to make VVT happy,. dig?

check the right side of the intake manifold or the rear of the manifold

You may have actually had a faulty MAP that needed replace. Thing is that any time you get a "check engine", the cruise will be disabled. you must clear the code, by either a trouble code diagnostic tool, or disconnect the battery for about five minutes. Codes will clear, and cruise will start working again.

check to see if you have a idle air control valve

check the right side of the intake manifold or the right rear of the intake manifold...
