2007 Yaris daytime running lights stopped working. Dash lights stopped working.

The contacts in the light dimmer assembly module are burnt or have poor contacts.
- Take the keys out. Remove the negative battery terminal and wait 90 seconds.
- Remove the steering wheel (Note: Place the steering pad in upright position since it has airbag in it) in the center position and remove the light module.
- Remove the module lid and you will find 3 or 4 brass contacts in it.
- Clean and rub the contacts with #400 abrasive paper and install it back.
Good Luck.

Yellow/Orange engine light on the dashboard what is the problem?T

Toyota Yaris engine warning light - this light will stay illuminated if there is a malfunction within the engine after start up - we would advise you to use the Toyota i905 iCarsoft kit to diagnose the engine problem, the kit will also clear the codes & reset the dashboard light. You might need to replace your MAF sensor because of this warning light, if so you should visit www.bavariandominator.co.uk for a replacement.

I HAVE 2007 YARIS AND ITS BATTERRY LIGHTS FLICKER ONCE A WHILE, MAYBE FEW TIMES EVERY 5 MINS AND MY HEADLIGHTS WILL DIMMER AND BRIGHTEN UP

first step remove your battery and clean any corrosion off if present (if you haven't already) and then re-install and make sure you got a good connection. if that doesn't work you should have your battery and alternator checked. FYI if you remove a battery cable and the car dies it's your alt.(also the alt creates a magnet if it's working properly). if battery and alt are working fine you probably have a short somewhere. harder to find with out the proper tools.
