Wot dose srs mean - 1995 Honda Accord

so what engine, ?
what trans, manual stick or auto?, none of this we can guess.
is winds, whines?
wot, = wide open throttle or what?

srs light mean suplementary restrain system or air bag if light is on means you have a problem need to scann system to correst the problem

The SRS light is for the "Safety Restraint System" (Airbags). If the SRS light stays lit then there is a problem with the system and it may not function in the event of a crash. Have the SRS system services by a qualified technician. It is not something for the average DIYer.

SRS lite means airbag system is not working if the lite is illuminated.

SRS stands for Supplimental Restraint System. It's a fancy term for the airbag system. If the airbags have not actually been deployed in a crash, the indicator can be triggered if you turn on the ignition with part of the SRS system disconnected (for instance if you removed a seat and disconnected the wiring harness underneath), or if a component has failed.

SRS is the Suplemental Restraint System, if its on it means there is something wrong with either a sensor or an airbag itself.

the two systems are not related except in their proximity in your steering wheel. srs is safety restraint system and is probably indicating an issue with your air bag, have the error codes read at an auto parts store or at the dealer to find the problem. It could be that there is a problem with the wiring harness to the steering wheel so both horn and airbag are affected.
