Question about 1999 Audi A6

Open Question

Is there a rear top wheel alignment for a 1999 audi a6?

The car had slid into a curb and it bent the control arm and stabilizer. they have both been replaced and are working fine but the tire is still at a lower inward angle. is there a top control that can bring the tire in at the top? i have the bottom set as far as it can go out.

You have to bleed the system, most likely air, or you blew the fuel pump fuse !

Sounds like the gas presser valve or weak fuel pump. When it dose it again turn the switch on and leave it on for about 3 mins. and see if it will start. If it dose I would say the pump is weak.

SOURCE: Turn signals not working audi a6 2002

turn signal switch most likely. But it could have a faulty flasher relay. the signals and the hazards probably have seperate flasher relays and possibly on different circuits so check fuses as well

You have probably bent the axle or knocked the rear alignment out. ( bent control arms). If independent suspension have the control arms checked and replaced then have a rear wheel alignment done.

I hit a curb in my BMW 328i today and I noticed that my steering wheel is slight off and that my wheel is bent inward, how can I tell if i just need an alignment or bent a tire rod or something?

You probably can't.
If you hit the wheel hard enough to change the angle of camber, you probably bent the lower control arm.
I would take it to a couple different shops for estimates.
Don't be surprised if they tell you the control arm has to be replaced in addition to a 4 wheel alignment.

Slid on ice and hit a my front driver side wheel is rubbing the back of the tire well.what is most likely wrong.

You bent part of the suspension. Most likely the lower control arm and will need to get it replaced and aligned. Have the mechanic check the ball joints for good measure when replacing the items.

I slid in to a curb and my front passenger wheel basicalli fell off I think I just snapped the A arm. How much should I be looking at as far as price goes

There are many things that could be / are bent. A shop will need to check it out. They may not be able to tell everything until the obvious parts that are bent replaced and then when a wheel alignment is done there may be more needed to correctly align it.

What could be the problem if rear driver wheel is leaning out like it is bent? I ran up on a curb and now my driver rear wheel is leaning out some and my front wheel feels like I need an alignment or I...

The best thing to do is to take it to a local Frame and Alignment Shop and have them put the vehicle on a Frame Machine and take measurements to determine what is exactly bent before throwing money on parts you might not need.

The front right wheel sticks about an inch out from wheel to over head while the other is all inside... i slid onto a side walk in a recent snow day at about 15 mph..

I am glad you are safe! You most likely have bent your lower control arm on the front right side. It is what usually bends when your lower wheel slides into a curb. It is about a $150 part, and you need to pay for installation and a front wheel alignment too,

Civics are popular vehicles, and many new and used parts can be had on eBay or your local Salvage. Unless you specify, and they are willing, most repair shops will only replace with new parts, because they will not warranty the used ones.
Your bill could easily reach the point of totalling the vehicle. It may be cheaper for you to purchase another vehicle. Get a free estimate at a mechanic and weigh your options.
