SOURCE: cigarette lighter fuse location
The cigarette fuse is located in the battery junction box under the hood, it is fuse # 10 and is a 20A fuse, open the hood and find the box it is on the passenger side towards the back of the compartment, it is 10th in line on the top row, also you can check these fuses without removing them through the clear plastic top so that should make things a little easier too, hope this helps

Hard to tell exactly from your short post, however, there may be a large retaining nut on the back of the lighter behind the dash panel. Or possible a large clip that retains it. I would check there first.

take the battery leads off and join up with a jumper lead ,leave for an hour or so and try again ,if it doesnt work call the tow truck and have it taken to the dealer
