First check the fuse, then the power window switch, then the power window motor. More than likely it's the power window switch.

hello, i believe the pump is down beside the resivor, where you put the water in, you might be able to see it if you pull driver side wheele off, look right under the frame on the inside, should be bolted on the side of frame or even hooked to the resivor, passenger side

On the drivers side of the vehicle just behind the front bumper is the washer fluid reservoir. The washer pumps (2 - one for the back and one for the front) are located ont the face of the reservoir.
1) Drain the resevoir. (You can reuse this fluid, so put it in a clean container)
2) Disconnect the wiring harness for the problem pump.
3) Remove the sprayer line.
4) Remove the pump. It is held in by being snapped into a channel on the resevoir and by the rubber grommet. This may take some elbow grease.
5) Remove the old grommet.(If your new pump came with a new grommet)
Installation is reverse. Usually new pumps come with new grommets. If not, it is ok to reuse the old one.
