not blowing air or when switch is on blows cold air when you have climate control knob turned over to heat? it could be a switch or blower motor or fuse if its not blowing any air. if its blows cold air when knob is on heat then is can be thermostat or low on coolant or it could be climate control module or it could be a air filter in dash.
But if you asking for location of the component , then it's a different story.
All b/m resistors(any car) located around blower motor or in the air duct after blower motor, they need to be vented all the time , otherwise they overheat and blow. Wires from motor are going to resistor , so if you trace the wires you'll find resistor.
check your controls under dash maybe lever or cable has come off or broke to the heat door or recirculate vent/////// if you check the hose going to heater core and the return hose maybe clogged heater core
