Question about 1994 Toyota Camry
Changed out a dead battery and when i went to start it, the alarm went off and no start. battery is good, all others options work, windows, moon roof, radio, etc.
It seem the problem I had.I checked the fuses and circuit breakers near battery. they are all right. I turned on the key but measured the all terminals entering distributor. there is no voltage on any of them. the wire seems to be grounded somewhere.

Testimonial: "Very Helpful, appreciate the quick response"
SOURCE: battery went dead changed it
Hook the battery up or try to jump-start backwards did we?
The ECU fuse gets it's power from the 140 Amp (or 180 Amp, depending on which engine your vehicle is equipped with) ALTERNATOR fuse in the engine compartment fuse block.
