Question about 2004 Chevrolet Monte Carlo
I also have a problem with the radio, The radio is on and it shows up like its playing the cd and takes the cd just fine but no noise from the speakers at all, It worked fine when i bought the car then one day it just stopped working and the noise was real muffled like it water was getting to it or something then went out and hasnt made any noise since, i didnt know maybe the factory amp is out in the trunk or what but all fuses are fine just didnt know if anyone else has had a similiar problem
The 2004 Trailblazer has two fuse panels, one in the under hood and one under the middle row seats. The radio fuse is marked RADIO fuse # 41 and is a 15 amp fuse located in the rear fuse panel. To access the rear fuse panel flip the seat behind the driver to the upright position, under it you can see the fuse panel and a diagram should be on the under side of the cover.
Good luck and hope this helps.

SOURCE: there is no volume on my radio
U most likely have a factory auxiliary amplifier in the car, the radio is just a control head, that amplifier may be defective and hence no sound.
