Some ideas for you:
Usually the problem is the drain hose from the air conditioning in your vehicle is leaking or plugged up or was damaged somehow and the condensate water is running onto your floor. Was the car even in an accident where the right front fender was involved? Might you have insects such as a mud-dauber wasp might have built a mud nest inside the bottom of the drain tube? The drain tube usually would drain the water only when running the A.C. out under the feet of your passenger, but under the car, not inside.
I just finished two years of chasing a leak that was on the driver's side of an old Honda Civic, to find salt had eaten a hole in the firewall under the windshield behing the driver's wiper assembly.

Major water leak when it rains, water runs down driver side floor

Keep looking by covering area at hood etc and running water on the vehicle to locate where it is coming in---Windshield?

This is the best way if you cannot trace the stains from water to source.

Passengr side electric window went down an will not go back up with either switch

So you can't get this window to go up with its own switch as well as the driver control switch. Yes! If answer is yes then you need a motor on that side (passenger). This procedure is pretty involved and a little dangerous( sheet metal and glass cuts). It's not that pricey of a job I recommend having the job sent to a repair shop. Your hands will love you for it.
