Need to replace the alternator belt and am having trouble determining how to losen the starter in order to move the starter belt and put the alternator belt on. Is there a free manual somewhere that i can use, or do you know how to do this?
In order to install the alternator belt, i have to losen and move the starter belt because its on the outside of the pully and the alternator belt is on the inside of the pully.
Hope this makes sense, i'm probably not explaining it very clearly.

I think that you mean the alternator, instead of starter. The starter is an electric component that preforms its job by using electricity, where as the alternator does its job by creating it. You should see 3 bolts associted with the alternator. 2 of these lock it to the block. The other is your tensioner bolt. if this is not the case let me know.

You've probably just missed one or more bolts somewhere!
Look again real good and you should find it.
It may only be visible from under the car.
A set of non-metal car ramps is a great addition to any home mechanic!
Good Luck!

none of the answers given are even about this problem. I too need an answer to this. I have a ton of sediment in my tank and I need to clean it out. how do I do that?
the air conditioning compressor is driven by the crank and that drives tha alternator. you have to take off all the belts in order to change the alternator belt.
