How do you tighten the power steering belt on 2000 Dodge Stratus V6, is there a tensioner?

There is 3 bolts on power steering pump that should be loosed but not removed. 2 on the bottom and one on the top that will have to be loosened from under the car. there is a square shaped hole on the power steering pump brace that a breaker bar is inserted and belt tightened, hold to tight position and tighten the 3 bolts back down
