You half to remove the Headlamp housing to change it. Here is the instructions out of the factory manual.
Tell me if this works for you?
HEADLAMP HOUSING - CONCORDE/LHS/330M Headlamp lens fogging is a normal condition and does not require service unless excessive or continual. Moisture will vent from tubes or vents located on the back of the lamp.

SOURCE: The car cranks but won't start
Ok, check the following below--
1. Check the Ignition control Module for its operational value. it may be damaged.
2. Check the coils.
3. Check the plugs and wires.
4. Check the ECM/PCM/ECU(All represent the same device that is commonly known as the engine control computer)
Check these areas thoroughly for faults. I would also advise to replace the fuel filter and fuel pump as well.

yes they are the same transmission outside and have the same disignation of 42LE, but they may be different gear ratio's, they have tags on them that can id the internal differences, the 300 uses a 3.5 liter, which is not avail in the Conord

you should be able to see the pan from under the vehicle. it will be the pan closest to the rear, then you need to drain the transmission, unscrew the retaining bolts for the transmission pan and remove, clean off ALL old gasket material and dry both on pan and transmission itself, then replace gasket and rebolt transmission pan.
