Question about 2000 Lincoln Navigator
You may have shorted them out if you did not disconnect the battery when replacing the alternator did you check the fuses under the hood as well as the ones in the car? get a 12volt tester and see if you have power coming to the seats and if you don't there could be an open curcuit somewhere open the hood and make sure everything is Ok and that there is no plugs to the fuse box off under the hood
