Use white paint, chalk or a scribe to mark the relationship of the front U joint to the front diferential pinion yoke. Mark the relationship of the rear U joint flange to the transfer case companion flange. Unbolt the front end of the drive shaft from the pinion yoke and the rear end from the transfer case companion flange and remove the drive shaft from the vehicle.

There should be a wire "c" clip between the handle and the panel. You need to pull it out.I usually do that with a stiff piece of single strand steel wire with a hook bent on one end but you can use just about anything like that or buy a removal tool. When putting it back together, put the clip on the handle then just push it on.
There are plastic rivets taht need to be pull and possibly to be cut. and there should have 2-3 bolts per side which need to be removed. The rivets or clips can be purchase at the dealer or local Automotive store, such as autozone and etc.
its located behind the right headlight ,thier is a plastic shied in front of it and its hard to remove i usually take a saws all and cut around the piece to get it out the i R T V or caulk it back in since you cant ever see it anyway, thats what they do at the dealer.
Use a thin flat pry bar, like a piece of plastic used for windows. Remove the plug on inner panel near mirror flag, and in there is 1 screw. Then behind handle is 1 screw. Using the flat tool, carefully go around perimeter of door, slipping the flat between the plastic and steel door. Pry gently as each plastic rivet will pop loose. Go all around. Once all rivets are loose, lift upward to unlatch panel from window edge. Then reach behind panel, release the two yellow locks on the rods going to the door lock, and lift the rods free from their holes. Then unlatch and disconnect the electrical connectors. Set panel aside.
