Check the fuse box under the hood for fuel pump fuses. THen check to see if you have double tanks on this truck if the switchover is working on either pump. If not, check to see if you have power to the switch.

The ignition module sends a "pip" signal to turn on the fuel pump and keep it running. If the signal is lost, or not present you get no pump. This is a safety in case of accident or other hazard in order to shut off the fuel so it wont keep pumping into a car with the key still on but engine disabled for some reason. Take the module to your local parts store and have it tested, for free to check.
