It is on top of the transmission where the shifter linkage connects to the transmission. Just under the linkage is the switch. No need to remove anything to get to is if you hands and arms are small enough. It has 2 hold down bolts and you must also remove the nut that connects the linkage. Here's a link to what it look's like.

How do I bypass the neutral safety switch on my 95 Pontiac Grand Am ECU?

There are 4 wires that go from the switch to the computer.
Gray A25 - Yellow A26 - white A19 - and blk white A27.
But the wiring diagram does not say what they do.
Are you sure you need to bypass something ?

No crank 99 grand prix half the dash goes out somtimes

It could be the key switch, or the neutral safety switch.
You would need to know if you have power on the small wire on the solenoid that comes from the key switch when the switch is in the start position. The neutral safety switch is in the circuit between the key and the starter.

I have a 1995 pontiac grand prix sometime it will start and sometimes it won't. i thought it was the starter solenoed so i bought a new starter but it is still doing it. when i turn the key everything...

Given the age of the car I'd check the neutral safety switch and the shifter linkage it could be causing the neutral safety switch to get a bad reading. After that I'd check the ignition switch itself. I don't remember if the '95 had a starter switch relay but you might check that too.

2003 grand am gt wont turn over. The lights and fan come on but it dont turn over or make a sound

Check the park/neutral safety switch. Sometimes, if mis adjusted or bad, you can move the shifter while turning the key. Other wise, the starter solenoid is bad.

Reverse lights dont work

First of all if the car will start without the clutch depressed then you have a bad clutch safety switch which may lead to light malfunction, but highly unlikely. You may also have a bad reverse/neutral safety switch which is generally on the side of the transmission. GOOD LUCK!!!
