Right so its running rich which means that either the air filter is blocked up or wet if this is ok then it could have a faulty injector ,if it was a O2 sensor then this ion its own wouldnt cause a rich mixture but if the automatic choke was faulty then this could cause it .The auto choke is controlled by a temperature sensor but i have no practical experiance on this model so i have no idea if it uses the smae sensor as the temperature gauge or a seperate sensor

My 1SZ Toyota Vitz smokes changing from black to white or vise vessa.Whats the cause?

Black smoke is too much fuel. White smoke is water/coolant going threw the exhaust. I would go after the white smoke first. Do a compression test first. White smoke is usually a blown head gasket. If you find it is and fix it. While apart, either replace the injectors/carb or have the cleaned.

1999 Toyota Camry grey smoke from exhaust

If it is grey smoke it sounds like steam which sounds like the cylnder head gasket is bust and needs replaced - if it has overheated then the worse case sceanrio is that the cylnder head may need reground or replaced. If the "smoke" is black then its burnuing oil and the seals are bust - much bigger job and more $'s.

Landcruiser 94

HI meekeyez,
'cruiser smelling of exhaust smoke' most cruisers that have age on them will have worn hindges and nolonger seal the rear doors and allow the exhaust smoke at the rear to seap in as the vehicle travels along due to the vortex affect that recoiles behind the vehicle check the rear cargo door seals and replace or adjust if needed as for your smoke problem i need more imfo is it blue smoke or black smoke is your cruiser petrol or desiel powered.
kind regards ****.
