Why it take a long time for the engine to warm up?

You may have trapped air or exhaust gas preventing water circulation. This may be a sign that the cylinder head gasket is leaking.

The heater on my 2000 Camry only blows warm air unless the engine is revving. Could this be a faulty thermostat (I just had the heater core replaced)?

I have a 2000 dodge ram 1500 4x4 the heater core, thermostat, n water pump were all replaced and its shooting out antifreeze?

vehicle cold, remove radiator cap. see if coolant pushes out of radiator. if so, blown head gasket. if not recheck thermostat and or installation. make sure to bleed air from cooling system. while running burp upper radiator hose with hand. upper hose will get hot once system is operating properly.

On a 2000 toyota celica gt, the engine will overheat when driving only, what can cause this?

Have you checked the engine temperature when the gauge shows fully high if it is true message and not lying and the problem is the temperature gauge? Since this happened stop the car open the bonnet touch the radiator hoses and even with off running engine touch the vents of the radiator to all surface and see it the temperature is everywhere the same.

Heater not working correctly

There is a thermostat in line with the Heating & cooling system of the engine. When the water temperature reaches a determined level, say 240 degrees, the thermostat will open allowing the hot water to travel through a heat ex-changer under your dash board allowing heat inside the car. If this thermostat is sticking closed, it will not allow water to travel to the ex-changer causing cold air to blow. Unless your mechanical ability is fair to good and you have the tools you can change it yourself but even if you take it to a garage it shouldn't be too much to fix. I took my 2000 camry to auto zone the check engine light came on they said it showed the engine is too cool what does that mean?

From the limited information you gave it sounds like your thermostat is stuck open.
The thermostat is a temperature operated valve that stops the coolant from flowing through the radiator until the engine warms up. I simple test is to drive for 5 minutes and then check the heater output. The temperature of the air from the heat vents is related to the coolant temperature in the engine. If the air from the vents is only slightly warm with the heater set on HIGH then change your thermostat.
Changing the thermostat on a 4 cylinder Camry is a fairly basic DIY job. Your friends at Autozone can fix you up with the parts (don't forget the gasket). You'll need to (partially) drain the radiator in the process. Probably a good time to change it. You can buy pre-mixed or get a gallon of "pure" and a gallon of distilled water from the grocery store and mix your own.

Our 2000 Camry 4 cylinder just overheated, all fluids seem to be fine what else could it be?

Could be a bad thermostat if it stays closed it will overheat quickly.A bad cooling fan will overheat the car at idle but not while driving.A bad radiator act the same as the thermostat may be better at higher speeds.A water pump will usually make noise.Bug parts or debris clogging the radiator will be self evident.Air in the cooling system will usually make the overheat come and go. A bad coolant sensor can tell you the car has overheated when it actually has not. Just some things to look at.

It doesn't overheat with the air off? It sounds like you aren't getting enough airflow thru the radiator. Radiator fans not working or leaves and dirt stuck in the radiator.
