Relays for all the functions you seek are in either one of two main fuse/relay boxes: one under the hood that has a plastic cover on it that has most of thge vehicle's relays or under the dashboard inside the cab.

hey very frustrating i know mine does the same it looks to me that the problem is revolving around the throttle body or the tps throttle positioning sensor i was looking at all the postings on here sounds legit

i would say take back that relay and test another, but get the next relay from an auto parts store. dealers always charge way more.

There is a lot involved, I would recommend purchasing a chiltons/haynes manual at your local auto parts store for $20. You need to remove the regulator assembly, the trim, the small window frame and the actual window track. A window company takes about an hour to replace it so with no exp, I would expect 2-3....
