Question about 1993 Buick LeSabre
I purchased a thermal load flasher (FL577 part #) where is it located? I already checked the fuses they are fine.
The flasher is in with you fuses under your dash. Turn on the blinker and follow the sound. If it wakes any sound you will be able to find it easy, if not I think it is toward the bottom, in the middle of the fuse panel.

Chances are one of your turn signal bulbs is blown. Check your turn signal lights before you replace the blinker.
