Question about 1999 Chevrolet Silverado 1500
I am replacing the upper ball joint on my 01 Silverado and I need some advice. I have replaced ball joints on older model chevys but this one looks different so I wanted to be sure before I start on it. Will the new ball joint have to be pressed in? Or is it possible to drive it out after I remove the nut and retaining clip? Also can it be replaced without removing the upper control arm? Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
