Check your fuses for the horn. Use owners manual to search for it or use the internet to locate it. Also if the fuse is ok check for the horn relay. If that is working replace horn.

You checked the possibilities inside the car, now go to the actual horn under the hood and "bump" the contacts with jumper cables from a battery touching them briefly. If you get no horn sounds, go buy one!

SOURCE: location of horn on 1998 Hyundai Accent

hi not aware of whether or not you solved horn problem? ie location but for info you will find horn just in front of the crossmember in front of radiator (where the bonnet closes onto ) horn is on the nearside looks like a disc secured by a nut+washer it has a plug on wire connector ps these horns are prone to fault but you might try tapping the horn gently with horn operated/pressed you can purchase a more reliable wind tone/horn and fitto same bracket and replace the terminalplug to connectors for new type easy diy check E BAY for hornes on car accessories ? hope this helps?

I had the same issue, but it wasn't the fuse or anything, it was the horn itself. You have to buy a new one.

2009 hyundai santa fe horn does not work - not from steering wheel nor locking the car. replaced relay. still no good.

More then likely the problem lies in the coiled contact ribbon under the steering wheel that connects the horn button to the horn relay (as well as all other steering wheel mounted controls), it is commonly called a "clockspring" contact drum.

The radio doesn't from the buttons on the steering wheel ? The clock spring inside the steering column could have an open in the wiring ! The clock spring allows you to turn the wheel from full left to full right while keeping the horn an radio control buttons connected electrically with wires going down the steering column . Do you have a Air bag light lit on the dash ? How cars clock spring works

Renault Kangoo, horn not working, have checked wiring and tested it, also fuse ok. Please advise if the horn feeds through the ECU unit?

Horns are pretty simple units and don't need to feed through the ECU.
When you say you have checked the wiring and tested it, do you mean the wiring at the horns? or the wiring at the horn button on the steering wheel pad or where ever your horn button is located?
Sometimes the horn button breaks usually due to wear, If that is the case you will need to remove the horn pad or button and check/repair or replace. If this is working then most likely your horns are dead, not usual as they are fairly robust but not unheard of.

2002 Hyundia Accent Horn Not Working. Could it be the fuse?

the fuse would be the easiest thing to check,. otherwise you may have a broken clock spring within the steering wheel (which powers things like the horn, cruise control, etc.,. )
good luck

The horn on my hyundai accent doesn't work how do i fix it

Yes prb the fuse. Look under the drivers side by the break in the car. It may have a cover over it. They usally have a diagram of what fuse is what. Also under the hood is a bank of fuses. It will be towards the front on either the left or right side under a black cover.

Horn not working in Hyundai Trajet

this problem is caused by the rotating contact under the steering wheel that connects the horn (and airbag) button to the steering column wiring harness, this contact is commonly called the clock-spring ribbon contact. WARNING! Before u replace this u must remove the wheel and the airbag module on the wheel, the airbag must be disarmed, the easiest way is to disconnect the battery 30 minutes prior to starting work, this always ample time for the system control circuit capacitors to drain down.
