There could be many things that can cause this. Could be the bulb sockets or fuse box.Hondas typically have a light module located behind the glove box . As well could be as simple as a ground cable or bad alarm or command start if applicable to your vehichle.
Typically the turn signal circuit starts at a fuse then goes through a flasher. From the flasher it goes to the turn signal switch where it is routed to the appropriate bulbs.
There are some cues as to where to start looking. If the bulbs light up on the car and/or the dash than the flasher is most likely the problem. If nothing lights up it could still be the flasher but it could also be a fuse.
hi from the uk if memory serves ? the indicator and hazard flashers are a combined unit relay that is to say the hazard warning flasher switch serves both indicators and hazard lights SO ? if your hazard switch is located in close proximity of where the radio was fitted and was ripped out may i suggest that you check this switch has not had one of he wires/terminals pulled off by ripping radio out as some times happens over here in uk i would suspect the power feed to switch is one of them hope this helps please come back with update or if you req more info/advice ?
either the front or the rear turn signal bulb is blown, that is why the flash frequency is high. replace the bulb and the problem will be solved. best to replace both the front and rear turn signal bulbs. good luck.
