Its in the underdash fuse/relay box , left kickpanel , since you have the new part it should be easy to identify now .

There could be many things that can cause this. Could be the bulb sockets or fuse box.Hondas typically have a light module located behind the glove box . As well could be as simple as a ground cable or bad alarm or command start if applicable to your vehichle.

Turn signals not working

Typically the turn signal circuit starts at a fuse then goes through a flasher. From the flasher it goes to the turn signal switch where it is routed to the appropriate bulbs.

There are some cues as to where to start looking. If the bulbs light up on the car and/or the dash than the flasher is most likely the problem. If nothing lights up it could still be the flasher but it could also be a fuse.

2003 Honda Accord. Both turn signals on passenger side do not work. Both bulbs appear to be okay. Interior blinking arrow on dash board does not light up at all.

If the drivers side directional is working you probably have a burnt flasher unit located in the drivers side interior fuse box.

Need to know location of turn signal relay. Replaced turn signal switch, no signals. Hazards still work so the bulbs are fine. Checked the fuses multiple times

The flasher relay would be in your fuse box, under the dash at the driver side. You could look at the cover of the fuse box to see the location of the relay.

Hope that helps you out!
