Question about Volvo Cars & Trucks
The passenger side speakers are not working in the front or back of my volvo i have checked that they are connected at the speakers and at the cd player and this is all connected. The right hand speakers works fine any ideas?

check the jack in the back of the stereo,it may not be seated all the way.hope this helps.otherwise you may have an internal problem with the unit itself.

SOURCE: back seat speakers do not work.
check for hidden screws at the bottom of the console sometimes these are in the carpet and also some are inside the console when you open the console you feel down in there with your hands for small screws and nuts

SOURCE: Front door speakers don't work.
it sound as if the front speaker channel has gone out. You could try disconnecting the power to the cd player, wait 5 minutes and hook it back up. Also, you could try adjusting the fade control from front to back and see if you get any sound, but it really does sound like the channel has gone out

Hi, Maybe check the wiring in that side the wires just might be fried. Should be cheap to do. I had the same problem with my 1992 ford ranger
