SOURCE: IDLER PULLEY BOLT

I think your best bet would be a junkyard or used parts like You Pull It.There seems to be no store that has the bolt. there are plenty that have the pully.

SOURCE: change idler pulley

It's a T-40 size, but I removed the bolt by first removing the bracket holding the pulley--I assume you're talking about the alternator idler pulley, the one right below the alternator. The bracket is held in place by three 14 mm bolts which I was able to reach from the top of the engine (after removing the black plastic air tube). I then put the bracket in a vise and "buzzed" off the 14 mm nut using an electric impact wrench ($30 +/- from Heartland of America). Be careful when putting the nut back on--the impact wrench will likely be too much torque!

SOURCE: How do I change the unibelt on my 2002 Kia Sedona?

The tensioner pulley has a nut in the center of it that you loosen, then behind the pulley is a tensioner bolt that when you turn it, it moves the pulley away from the belt in a slot on the tensioner bracket.

SOURCE: I have a 2008 Kia Sorento LX 3.3. where is the adjuster bolt for the idler pulley? Trying to change serpentine belt and idler pulley.

The idler pulley deflects out of the way using a special wrench, the pulley is held against the belt only by a preset spring tension mechanism. You put the wrench on the bolt or in the square drive hole and deflect the pulley away from the belt, it must be manually held there to put the new belt on and then released to tension the new belt.

You can take a wooden stick. Something that has been dried all way out like a broom handle. And place it up to your ear, cupping your hand on the end of it like a funnel, and place the other end on various parts of the system and hear where it is coming from. If you think it is idler pulley then stick it on the nut sticking out that does not turn.

How to ajust belt that goes around alt. 2002 kia sedona

The idler pulley has a nut in the middle of it. You loosen that, then there is a tensioner bolt at about 4 o'clock, turning that will move the idler pulley away from the belt.

The 1 is under the power steering pump, you'll need to loosen the nut in the center of the pulley and there is an adjuster bolt that when loosened moves the pulley away from the belt for removal.
