SOURCE: how do you remove front grill on Susuki grand vitara

Remove the clips that secure the top of the radiator grille. Pry up the center piece and pull up the clip to remove it. There are 5 screws on the bottom of the grille piece that you have to take out. BE VERY CAREFUL with the grille when pulling it out as it idoesn't take alot of force to break it. Next undo the screws that secure the headlight housing (3 total), there is also something called a guide pin on the housing. Detach the connector from the bracket by squeezing the lock tip with pliers. That should give you complete access to the lamps inside the housing.

SOURCE: 02 Suzuki Grand Vitara Parking lights. How to change them?

It says to pull the radiator grille forward at each gripped portion from the center to the ends. BE CAREFUL! Too much force and you can snap the grille like a toothpick if your not careful. Looks to be four clips holding down the top and 5 screws securing the bottom of it.

H25, H27??

on mine the H25, the low side fitting is on the line just forward of the firewall... USA car.
it has a gray cap, and fits only the R134a tool fitting.
in some countries they run diffr. A/C system's
and you never said country. so..... we cant guess that or engine there.
the routing of lines is dicated by engine shape...

the FSM Covers the grill.

on my GV page 7B12 shows (FSM book) shows the connections
1 at firewall pip (suction (lowside)
and one near compressor.
but my car is H25 engine and is USA systems...

are you confusing the hi/lo switch for the valve?

  3. the the greill can come off, the grills is mounted to inside top of shell bumper,
just one page in FSM covers this.... most shops just look for the bolts. and find them and remove them... no matter what..

tell engine and country and can show the line (freon) drawings

2011 Dodge Caravan. Ran into a metal wheelchair ramp rain. Drove back - dislodged - the black trim insert near the bottom of the plastic bumper cover. That black plastic thing has to be just put back on...

Hello Bruce...here are the steps to follow per All Data.

Release hood latch and open hood.
Remove the headlamp assemblies.
Hoist vehicle and support with safety stands.
Remove the five push pin fasteners attaching bottom of fascia/air dam to radiator closure panel.
Remove front wheels.
Remove front wheelhouse splash shields fasteners as necessary to gain access to bolts attaching front fascia to fender.
Remove the two bolts and two nuts attaching fascia to the front fenders (Fig. 1) and (Fig. 2).
Disconnect fog lamp wire connectors, if necessary.
Lower vehicle.
Remove two bolts attaching the upper grille support to the headlamp mounting panel at each side of the grille.
Remove bumper fascia from vehicle.
INSTALLATION

Position front bumper fascia on vehicle (Fig. 1) and (Fig. 2).
Install the two bolts attaching fascia to headlamp mounting panel at each side of grille.
Hoist vehicle and support with safety stands.
Install the two bolts and two nuts attaching fascia to the front fenders. The fascia should be flush to fender.
Install front wheelhouse splash shields fasteners.
Install front wheels.
Connect fog lamp wire connectors, if necessary.
Install the five push pin fasteners attaching bottom of fascia to radiator closure panel.
Lower the vehicle.
Install the headlamp assemblies.

The "push pin fasteners" are the pain you are having i believe. They push in, but to get them out you need squeeze them on the back & pull at the same time. If you happen to break a few, you can buy them in various sizes at the auto parts store. I hope this information is helpful, an owners manual will not have any info like this in it.

Where is the horn located on a1997 grand cherokee

The horn on the 1997 Jeep is located on the steering wheel.

The actual sound part (horn) is located under the front right side of the front bumper. If you stand in front of the jeep and stick your hand in the left most cutout hole on the bottom of the plastic bumper cover, you can touch the dual horns as well as remove them and replace them.

Cannot find relay of radiator fan (Grand Cherokee 4.0 WJ)

Yes, the fan relay is located under the right front headlight in a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee. If this is the first time you've replaced it, HAVE FUN!! You can drill a hole through the bumper, which will be covered by the headlight once you reinstall it; or you can remove the entire bumper (which connects in front of both front tires) and try to break your arm to get to it that way. I seriously recommend drilling a hole...this is exactly what the mechanics at any dealership or garage will do!!

Front hood on Grand AM 2003 SE - hood and front bumper has a gap

Since you are replacing the bumper cover is it safe to say you have had some type of front impact. Any impact could have moved the location of the bumper mounts or shifted panels, or the hood.
