it in the tank so your gonna either gonna have to drain the tank and lower it to the ground,it shouldn't take more than 30 minutes.make sure you put the seal back in right,so it won't leak,it aint very hard.

They will not loan you the tools.....how else will they continue to rip off the average garage junkie and make lots of money?

It is inside the left frame rail below the drivers door, you need a special tool to release the filter from the line. filter just snaps into its metal holder. Good luck and you can get the fuel line quick release tool at most Auto Parts store.
