it in the tank so your gonna either gonna have to drain the tank and lower it to the ground,it shouldn't take more than 30 minutes.make sure you put the seal back in right,so it won't leak,it aint very hard.

SOURCE: where is the fuel filter location on a 2001 ford

It is inside the left frame rail below the drivers door, you need a special tool to release the filter from the line. filter just snaps into its metal holder. Good luck and you can get the fuel line quick release tool at most Auto Parts store.

171 is system too lean (bank 1)
174 is system too lean (bank 2)
you might have a vacuum leak or bad injector o rings

Low in Freon. Where is the high power hose on the 2001 Ford Sport Trac Exploer to replace the Freon?


If it is low on freon,you want the low side to hook up your one hose.it is near the firewall in the liquid line.

I am guessing you are talking about air conditioning ports?, if so, word of thumb,the port on the large diameter hose is low side and the smaller diameter is the high side or pressure side.

well, you have none on that vehicle.. they are all sealed bearings...
They started eliminating them in the late 90's and only if you replace something i.e u-joint ect... the new parts will have grease fittings on them....
