SOURCE: Trouble getting key to turn
sounds like the tumblers in the lock cylinder are sticking....try spraying like wd 40 in where the key goes in and see if that helps. you may need a new lock cylinder

SOURCE: i have a chrysler 02
The ignition key lock cylinder maybe at fault or the sector gear is broken that unlocks the locking bolt pin. It will needed to be torned down and inspected to see what needs to be replaced

The belts need to be removed and they take a special wrench. If you have to ask how chances are this is best left to the experts. The plastic sensors etc can cost you way more than any potential savings. There are several engine combination's of motors on this car and you don't say which it is you have. Best to leave this one to the experts.
If you insist - then
remove the negative battery cable
- remove the cover on top of the engine
remove the belt [s]
remove the hoses to the power steering pump
remove the bolts and the power steering pump assembly
- reverse this procedure and then 'bleed the lines' to remove any air.
Again I strongly suggest you leave this job to the experts.

Grab the bottom seat cushion at the front of one side and pull it straight up then do the same on the other side. (you will have to pull up very hard) The bottom of the seat clips in. once you have the bottom out take the 2 bolts out of the seat belt fasteners that holds the bottom of the top seat cushion. Then pull straight up on the seat cushion to slide it off two tabs that hold the top.
