Question about 2003 Chrysler Sebring

Heater won`t work at 1,2,3 settings, it only works on #4 setting (chrysler,sebring 2003)

Sounds like a blower resistor. usually it is on the passenger side under dash near blower motor and hvac box. the resistor add resistance to the circuit to slow the blower motor, if it is inop then you only get high speed.

Sounds like your blower motor resistor is blown. Located in the blower box either under dach or close to the firewall under the hood. Has two bolts holding it in usually and a plug with 4-6 wires. Remove and check first

2004 CHRYSLER SEBRING HEATER FAN ONLY WORKS ON LEVEL 4 1,2,3 SPEEDS DEAD. ANY IDEAS? DIDNT SEE A BLOWN FUSE BUT COULD HAVE MISSED IT.


sounds like your heater resister has burnt out get it checked out and replaced normaly a cheap fix

You need to replace the alternator fuse. fuse 26 on the chart Notes Centralized Junction/Fusible Link And Fuse Part 2 Notes Fusible Links 1-25 (Relay Box In Engine Compartment)

Heater only works when it wants to


If it is noisy when it runs and sounds like it is slowing down, then starting up again, you probably need to replace the entire blower.

Air condition blower


I have an 01 convertible lxi that just did the same thing..... You can go to an auto parts store or in my case, I went to Firestone and had them replace the blower resistor. My air now works on all settings.
