It could be a short in the wiring, or a shorted injector possibly.
To check for a bad injector, pull off all injector connectors, put new fuse in, and turn key to on. Does fuse blow? If so, maybe a short in the wiring, possibly a problem in the ecu. If fuse is still good, put the injector connectors back on one at a time and watch the fuse. If one injector connector causes the fuse to blow, that could be a shorted injector. Good luck, don't know what else to check after that.

My efi fuse keeps blowing. I changed the fuel pump and now the fuse keeps blowing.

if the problem started with the change of the fuel pump go back to it to ensure that you have it properly connected ( power wire not on ground terminal)

you may have a short of some kind, when a fuse blows repeatedly it is no good just replacing, you are being told that something is wrong with the equipment.
You will almost certainly have to visit a technician for a diagnosis. It is unlikely to be something that an inexperienced end user can sort out I am afraid.

GOOD LUCK

Efi fuse keeps blowing. After I insert a new fuse the engine starts and I'm able to drive until it blows again seconds later

there is a short in a unit or wire that the EFI unit runs. It may even be in the EFI unit itself. Insert a new fuse and run the fault codes to determine if a fault has been recorded.

1991 toyota 4runner keeps blowing efi fuse even changed fuel pump

That fuse powers the engine computer and various sensors.
You may need a repair book or shop manual to get the wiring diagrams for checking everything in the circuit.

I have a problem with a fuse to EFI toyota corolla 2003

Hi there:
Sounds like to have a fuel pump that is shorted out or has too much resistance, this can cause to much of a current draw and blow the fuse. The EFI fuse supplies voltage to the EFI relay and then the fuel pump.

Hope this helps; also keep in mind that your feedback is important and I`ll appreciate your time and consideration if you leave some testimonial comment about this answer.

Thank you for using FixYa, have a nice day.

Engine wont start, efi 15amp fuse keeps blowing

EFI (electronic fuel injection) is a nasty fuse to blow. Unplug EFI module for 5 minutes. Plug it back in and try to start it immediately to confirm a heating short or possible bad module.
