I too have a 1995 Toyota Corrolla that will not fire..Just had it tuned up..new plugs and wires and distributor cap and still it will run for a long while and when i come to an idle it will shut off. Can somebody please tell me what this is? Im thinking its possibly a sensor of some sort?? Not sure if it has a fuel filter but thinking maybe thats the culprit?? Please let me know..thanks!

You are doing something wrong ,but you cant see it and it will confuse you ,call a mobile mechanic out for another opinion ,this fault could be anything and no doubt its something stupid as this car is too old to have a lot of fancy electrics and factory immobiliser, but 95??hmmm could be problem as it was about this time they were fitted .best of british with it and call a mobile mechanic to have a look

Need electrical wiring diagramignition 1995 ford escort wagon

I wasn't sure what part of the ignition you wanted? Make sure battery has a full charge and battery connections all good. The diagram is for ignition switch. The top wires are voltage to ignition switch. The bottom wires are voltage from ignition switch.

Where is the fuel pump on a 1988 toyota corrolla station wagon

I don't know if your fuel injected or carb? If your fuel injected, probably electric fuel pump, in the gas tank. If not fuel injected, probably a mechanical fuel pump, under the hood, note picture.

I need to get a highlight assembly for my '95 toyota... how can I tell if my car is a sedan, coupe, or wagon? And what type of headlight to buy??

there are a lot of places to by headlights including by not limited to eBay

as far as sedan, coupe or wagon, it won't matter since the headlamps don't change for either

however, a sedan is a 4 door with a trunk
a coupe is traditionally a 2 door but can also be a 4 door with a hatchback
and a wagon... well, that's easy... think of the old station wagons from the 70's and 80's

Without knowing what is wrong. Have the guy pay to fix it. that way, no matter what it costs, its not your problem. $3000 is way to much for that old car, find something better.

I have replaced the distributor, power steering belt, spark plugs and put in a new transmission filter and fluid on my 1995 Corolla station wagon. I cannot get the check engine light to go off and stay...

THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS CONTROLED BY THE COMPUTER FROM INPUT SENSOR FOR THE EMISSION SYSTEM , IT IS ASSUMED THAT IF A CARS EMISSION SYSYEM IS FAILING THERE IS A POTENTIAL MALFUNCTION IN THE ENGINE. ONLY A DIAGNOSTIC CAN TELL U WHICH SENSOR IS MALFUNCTIONING.
