How do you remove the windshield wiper arm on a 1995 Dodge Dakota?thank you

there are 2 ways to tackle this! your local auto supply store has a tool for this its made by k.d tools or you can use a large flat bitted screw driver and a 1 inch piece of wood ,place the wood nex tto the wiper arm put a rag under it not to scratch your paint now lift your wiper arm up as you would to change the blade, put the blade of the screw driver under the edge of the arm at the cowl end and using the wood as a fulcrum gently pry up the arm , you may have to do this on both sides to get it to pop off!

How to remove wiper blade assembly from a 1987 gmc jimmy

If you mean the blade itself and not the whole arm, do you have the original Pin type where it looks like a Pin pushed into a whole in the side of the blade? If so, it's a press fit so you can use a small flat blade screwdriver and gently pry between the arm and the blade at the Pin. Pull on the blade as you twist the screwdriver side to side to get past the press 'bump' inside the hole. It literally does just pull off of the arm, just need to wiggle and lots of strength sometimes.

How do I remove old windshield wipers for a 1985 plymouth voyager minivan? pegasusman36@yahoo.com

With a pry bar screwdriver pry up at the bottom of the wiper arm & the retainer cap will come free & expose the nut that has to be removed to get the blade arm off. If it's just the wipers , with a thin flat screwdriver, you'll see an open on the blade holder, push in at this point & remove the blade. Good luck!

How do you change the windsheild wiper so I can replace it

changing the wipe blades is a tough one. Pick the blade up in one hand. In the center of the blade assembly, underneath, there is a button. You'll need a very small screw driver or something small to press the release. push on the release and pull the wiper blade off.

2005 tahoe wiper replacement

My tahoe has a plastic piece just to the left of the metal attaching arm. It is easiest to see on the driver side wiper. There is just enough room to slip a flat blade screw driver into and then pop upwards. After this clip is popped, slowly move the wiper blade to the right as you pull that clip further upward. The blade can now be removed. Of course if you have a different type blade this will not work.

Wiper was pushed down from the parked position

you will need a flat screwdriver about 5/16 or 3/8's wide. to pry your wiper blade off. pull back on your wiper arm while prying with your screwdriver. work on both sides of your wiper blade, you will notice it starting to come off a bit at a time. just keep working it till it falls off.... good luck sawdust46
