Check fuel pump for pressure and output. If it's not that, don't start guessing... have a scanner put on it and get some codes. While some codes can be ambiguous, it will serve to start you in the right direction!

look again? for sticker, it is there.
the door jam only covers stock sized tires.
and you didn't post that. P205/75-r15?
each tire made has a perfect pressure based on load on the tire.
every tire has chart for that. (all do)
if not a stock tire. you need a chart.
sold with 5 different tires sizes, says FSM book.
what is important is not driving with cupped or crowning tire treads
this is dangerous to do .
if unsure, do the chock test. (google "tire foot print chock test"
there are only 2 ways
1: the chart or door sticker facts
2: or chock tests.
30 PSI my be a good starting place on stock tires.
doing it right, avoids skids.
or worse careening..
you have more then one problem.
lights- check the door switch on the door column near the hinge. you didn't say what year your jeep is so check the ligth switch is it set for the lights to come on and is the bulb good.do you have electric at the fuse and at the bulb.
Now for the engine;
1. adjust the carb. and chock and linkage. - no carb; check fuel injectors.
2. have you replaced fuel filter, air filter, oil filter and changed the oil.
3. replace spark plugs and look a old ones; are they clean or oily / wet, brown, black.
4. check plug wires.
sticky choke maybe, try carb cleaner, check the air-cleaner filter, depending on were you live, maybe some dry gas.from the symtom's sounds like it's chocking out, those are the easy cheap thing's first, now check the fuel filter, then the fue pump, prividing your getting good spark to fire up the fuel, good luck
