When you push the switch if you hear a grinding noise you will need a new window regulator if you hear nothing the motor is stuck and by pushing on the switch while banging on the center of the door panel with fist or rubber hammer will sometimes unstick the motor

My 2003 lincoln aviator driver window will not go up

Does the window regulator motor make a sound when you press the switch for window to go up or down ?

If you hear motor running, it would be the window regulator that is bad.

If there is no noise, you would have to check for power at the switch, if you have power here, then check power at the other end of harness, where it attaches to the regulator motor. If you have power at this end, you may have a bad motor.

I installed an aftermarket radio in my 2004

Check all your fuses. It did blow a fuse. Since it is aftermarket the radio fuse may not be the fuse you need to check. Test all of them.

Just had an oil change in my Lincoln Aviator and it still shows Oil Change Required

After an oil change you have to reset the sensor. Your mechanic should have known this. You turn the key on and push button for three seconds to reset it. This should be in the fuse box under the hood goodluck. I hope this helps

Back window will not raise up

Most likely. We had a Lincoln Aviator do the same thing. Luckily we had longer warranty on Lincoln. But went to shop with both drivers side windows inoperable at same time. For us it was the motors.
