does the fuel injector work? do u have acceptable compression on that cylinder, within 5% of the PSI readings of the other cylinders? any vacuum leak at the intake runner?

Well i would double check the plug we all know these are a pain in the **** to put plugs in it possible that one got cracked. Also have you ever replaced the intake gaskets ? or any fuel in jection parts ? regulator or popets/injectors

No spark 4.3 vortex I put wew coil wiers cap roter plug this happens when it si cold out side. Wonce it start up it will keep starting

I believe that model has a ballast resistor. If so replace it. You can short it out for a few seconds to see if that resolves the problem, if so it is definitely bad.

How to tell if plug wier or distrbuter cap is bad 5.7 ltr 98 chevy suburben

the wireb you can measure the resistance with a multimeter set in ohms the cap the only way to check is by removing and visually inspect for cracks and burns inside one quick way is swap the plug and the wire with another one and see if the misfire move to this other cylinder when I say swap I mean transfer the wire by removing the wire from the cap and from the plug side and transferring the wire to another position

I have an Acura tl 98 its missing fire #4 what could be?

Misfires are caused by fuel delivery problems, injectors or too rich or weak. Spark issues, coil, wires, spark plugs or the cap and roter.
I could also be a loss of compression. First thing to check is the easiest... spark plugs, spark and cap and roter. Also the cheapest.

Have a misfire on #5 cylinder 1999 tahoe new wires, plugs, and cap and roter button. changed fuel filter, pressure seems good what to do?

The only thing left is a bad injector or possibly a valve not properly seating. Those particular engines do tend to have injector issues.

96 accord cylinder 1 misfire tried changing plugs, wires, cap and roter, as well as taking injectors out and cleaning. still #1 misfire

You probably have a vacuum leak at that intake runner. If there is nothing obvious like a vacuum fitting on that runner with a cracked hose, then try spraying around that runner's gasket mating surface with some aerosol carb cleaner, if you hear the revs change you have a bad gasket. Failing this, possibly low compression on this hole?
