Low fuel psi running lean my be fuel pump or fuel filter

The code are lean code for both banks. that with a rough idle is usually a vacuum leak.
i would inpect the pcv line, not the valve, but the line-hose assembly at the valve and at the rear of the intake manifold where it connects. with the engine running m,ove the hose around a bit and listen for a leak. .
